Secretary

  Job Description;


• using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain

presentations, spreadsheets and databases; 
• devising and maintaining office systems;
• booking rooms;
• using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
• arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
• invoicing
• looking after budgets;
• liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts;
• ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
• using shorthand and audio tapes or copy typing to produce letters;
• organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.

 Other duties may include;

Accountant


  Primary Responsibilities;

 

• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document         business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
   Other duties as assigned.


  Additional Responsibilities;


• Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions.
• Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.


  Knowledge and Skill Requirements;


• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, three to five years of accounting experience and successful completion of CPA exams.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

 


Business Development Executive


Responsibilities:
• Identify new customers through intensive networking. Develop prospective Customer lists, prospect new Customers, via personal visit, telephone & E-mail, set appointments and meetings with prospects, present information and explain services/ products to prospective Customers.
• Registering the Company with Customers/ Consultant/ Client.
• Visit Consultant and ensure the Company is on all vendor lists.
• Visit and develop relationships with customers/ Consultant/ Client at site.
• Submit Weekly and Monthly Reports in the prescribed reporting formats to GM.
• Serve as primary liaison with new customer for introducing the company's services and capabilities.
• Liaison with Municipality & other Governmental Bodies for local regulation, implementation and updating.
• Liaison with independent Laboratories and develop and establish good relationship with them.
• Assists in resolving technical issues by attending meetings and if necessary produce technical reports.
• Report on the Market Conditions.
• Coordination with Operation Managers & Technical Managers for all technical issues.
• Performing various task assigned by the Management


 
Sales Executive


• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
• visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
• acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• gathering market and customer information;
• representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;

Restaurant Operation Manager

- With 2-5 years experience
- Handling Accounting and Cash Flows of the Restaurant
- Handling daily inventory

Below are the Job Description:

General
• Oversee and manage all areas o f the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance

Financial
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increases sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and
personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Food safety and planning
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and
maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
• Estimate food and beverage costs. Work with Corporate office staff for efficient
provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste
• Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the deli very of fresh food and supplies

Customer Service
• Ensure customer service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
